Cuddle Sprouts will ship using USPS or FedEx. The price will be subject to the carrier’s fees. The Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. If The Customer didn’t provide the correct address, then Cuddle Sprouts is not responsible. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at check-out.

All delivery dates provided by Company are estimates and include order processing and packing time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Undeliverable Packages:We will deduct shipping fees from User invoices for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address. We will charge an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.
