Products and Pricing

All products listed on (“Products”) shall further set forth any additional Terms of Sale as may be published on this Site.

 Our priority is customer satisfaction. To that end, we may make changes to published conditions dependent upon product availability, or as a part of any promotions we may offer.

 Published terms, including pricing changes, are effective upon publication.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to products and corresponding Conditions to improve the quality of our offerings. Towards this end, we also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of any Product with or without notice.

Pre-order Reservations: To the extent Cuddle Sprouts may offer pre-orders, Users assume the advised to update their responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, as it might be required to be updated prior to the shipping date.

Users agree and understand that all pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any given reason.

If pre-orders are not shipped within 30 days of the estimated shipping dates, order cancellations may be processed by email.

Payment Terms and Promotional Offers.

For each Product ordered, you agree to pay the listed price for the Product as of the time you submitted your order and applicable delivery fees. Payment processing is handled by a trusted third-party payment processor.  You will be solely responsible for the payment of all sales taxes, import taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges.

 We reserve the right to offer discounts, sales, and promotional offers at our discretion. Orders not processed during the promotional period as published will not be eligible to receive promotional pricing. Pricing changes are effective upon publication. 

Shipping Policy

Cuddle Sprouts will ship using USPS or FedEx. The price will be subject to the carrier’s fees. 

The Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. If The Customer didn’t provide the correct address, then Cuddle Sprouts is not responsible. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

  • Expedited (Estimated 3-5 Business Days)
  • Priority (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)
  • Express (Estimated 1-2 Business Days)

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at check-out.

 All delivery dates provided by Company are estimates and include order processing and packing time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Undeliverable Packages:

We will deduct shipping fees from User invoices for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address. We will charge an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.

Returns and Exchanges Policy


We hope you love your Cuddle Sprouts purchase but understand it doesn’t always work out. Customers can request a return for products ordered from within 14 business days of delivery, excluding federal holidays. Items must be in unwashed and unworn condition to be eligible for returns. Products must also be in the original packaging with tags.

 Once your return request is processed, Cuddle Sprouts shall provide a return label at $8, deducted from the total refund amount. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, the Customer will receive a refund as soon as reasonably possible, refunded to the original payment method or in the form of store credit.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges, or any delivery of any sort.


Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee the availability of different sizes, colors, or patterns of a purchased item. Therefore, all exchanges made within 30 days of delivery will be issued in the form of store credit and eligible for use at Items must be unwashed and in the original packing with tags. Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for exchanges.

What items are non-refundable?

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Items in the clearance section
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Items that show signs of wear or from which the tags have been removed

Gift Returns

Gifts may be returned if products are in an unwashed and unworn condition. Products must have original tags intact. All gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods, no exceptions.  To report damaged items, please contact with descriptions and images of the damaged item. We apologize for your damaged items and are happy to offer a full refund.
