SIZING + CARE

To ensure the long-lasting softness and comfort of your Cuddle Sprouts items, please follow the care instructions below:

Wash: Hand or machine wash Tencel clothing with cold water and like colors. For machine washing, use a gentle cycle. Do not soak or use bleach. Avoid exposing your Cuddle Sprouts clothing to high temperatures and direct heat.

Dry: Do not wring. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Iron: While Tencel does not wrinkle easily, iron at low temperature if needed.

Optimal fit and comfort are among the top priorities at Cuddle Sprouts. Our size charts and measuring instructions will help you properly estimate the best size for your little one. Please refer to the size charts and measurement instructions on the individual product pages.

ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS + SHIPPING

We love your excitement about your latest Cuddle Sprouts order. Once you place an order on CuddleSpruts.com, you will receive an order confirmation email to your provided email address. Please check your spam and promotion folders for missing order verification emails. If you’ve checked all the places and still can’t find confirmation of your order, please reach out to our dedicated customer care team for support. If you need to make adjustments to your shipping address for a pre-order of our clothing or accessories, you must update the address prior to the order’s shipping date

While all pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, you are permitted to cancel your pre-order if items fail to ship within 30 days of the estimated shipping dates originally provided. Contact us here to cancel your pre-order.

We do our best to provide approximate shipping times for any pre-orders placed on Cuddlesprouts.com and work hard to ship the pre-ordered items within the provided time frame. However, these dates are not guaranteed. pre-ordered items do not follow our standard 1-3 business day processing time. Additionally, the selected shipping method will be applied only once the pre-ordered item has been processed in our warehouse.

We are happy to offer free shipping to US orders over $150. Looks like you better get to shopping for our collection of luxuriously soft and sustainable Tencel clothing, blankets, and more, mama! 

We do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time. All shipping times and fees will be calculated at checkout. Estimated fees will be available upon selecting your shipping method during checkout. The price for any expedited deliveries will be subject to the carrier’s fees.

We want you and your Little Sprout to enjoy those soft and sustainable cuddles ASAP. We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-3 Business Days of receiving the order. Specific shipping and delivery dates will depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose at check-out.We cannot guarantee the transit time with the carrier. Therefore, any delivery dates provided by Cuddle Sprouts are strictly estimates. Please refer to carrier-provided tracking information for delivery updates specific to your order.

Oh no! Unfortunately, these issues are out of our control. Please reach out to the specified carrier (USPS or FedEx) to file a claim for any damaged packaging and/or lost shipments. We hope this issue gets sorted out ASAP!

We greatly apologize for any damaged products you received. While we are not liable for items damaged due to mishandled shopping and delivery, we take full responsibility for the quality of Cuddle Sprouts products. Please contact hello@cuddlesprouts.com to report any damaged items. All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions.

Once an order is placed and processed, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.  However, if you change your mind or want a different item, we recommend you follow our official return policy to return your item(s) within 14 business days of receiving the delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for return. 

If you realize you need a different size, you may exchange your item for the correct size within 30 days of delivery.

Gift cards, clearance items, and final sales are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

GIFT CARDS + GIFT WRAPPING

Of course! Digital gift cards Digital gift cards are sent electronically and emailed directly to the recipient via a specified email address. At this time, we do not offer physical gift cards.

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Nope! Cuddle Sprouts digital gift cards never expire. However, we are not responsible for lost gift card information, so please make sure you keep it in a safe place. While the gift cards never expire, product availability cannot be guaranteed. If you see something you love, we highly recommend grabbing it while you can.

Cuddle Sprouts products make for a perfect gift for expectant mamas or Little Sprouts in your life. All of our bundles are delivered nicely packaged in a signature Cuddle Sprouts gift box, free of additional charge. However, you can choose to add a gift box to any order at checkout for an additional fee. Items will be neatly packed in your selected signature Cuddle Sprouts box and tissue. All Cuddle Sprouts gift boxes are made using FSC-certified materials.

Our signature FSC-certified gift boxes come in two sizes, small and large. We recommend selecting the small gift box for single, smaller items, such as bodysuits, footies, and loveys. The larger gift box is perfect for larger items, like blankets and sleep sacks, or when planning to gift multiple items.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We’re sorry it didn’t work out! We accept returns on Cuddle Sprouts products within 14 business days of delivery. To be eligible for returns, items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags intact. 

Gift cards, clearance items, and final sales are not eligible for returns. Before initiating a return, please carefully review our complete return policy.

As long as your item is eligible for returns, yes. However, we are unable to refund reward points at this time. Any Cuddle Cash used toward the returned purchase will be forfeited. 

Gifts may be returned only if products are in an unwashed and unworn condition, and the original tags are intact. All gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit.

Don’t worry, we have plenty of sustainable clothing styles, blankets, and more to choose from! We’re confident you’ll find something you and your baby will love.

You can exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. However, at this time, we are only able to process exchanges for a different size of the original product. If you ordered the wrong color or want a different item, we recommend returning the original item and simply ordering the correct style or item so you can start enjoying sustainable, soft, and cozy cuddles ASAP! 

Please review our return policy to see if your original item is eligible for return.

If you would like to return an item, you will need your order number AND email address or zip code to start a return. Then, simply visit our return portal and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and shipping guidelines and fees, as applicable. Refunds will be processed as a store credit or original form of payment once your return is approved.

Earning points with the Cuddle Club rewards program is super simple. Start earning rewards the moment you join the Cuddle Club and every time you shop our sustainable styles, bedding, and accessories on CuddleSprouts.com. 

Earn ten (10)  reward points for every dollar you spend. As your points add up, they will be converted into Cuddle Cash vouchers for $5, $10, $25 or $50 off your purchase. These vouchers can be applied to eligible purchases of $120 or more on CuddleSprouts.com. You can also earn rewards for other actions like joining our email list, following us on social media, and referring us to friends and family!

Start earning rewards the moment you join the Cuddle Club. From there, you can earn rewards every time you shop on CuddleSprouts.com, earning 1 reward point for every dollar you spend. Just ensure you are logged into your account prior to checkout in order to collect (or apply) rewards on your order. All rewards are subject to a 15 day approval period.

We believe you should be rewarded for your commitment to sustainability and style like, yesterday. That’s why you earn 500 points upon joining the Cuddle Sprouts reward program. From there, continue to earn points every time you shop on CuddleSprouts.com.

When it comes to earning rewards, the sky's the limit. The more you shop Cuddle Sprouts’ sustainable children’s clothing and accessories, the more you earn. The more you earn, the more you save on future purchases. It’s that simple.

You can redeem Cuddle Cash on eligible purchases of$120 or more on $150 on CuddleSprouts.com. You must be logged in to your Cuddle Club account before checking out in order to apply your rewards. Rewards cannot be retroactively applied to purchases.

Unfortunately, no. Cuddle Cash vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. However, you can use your Cuddle Cash toward your purchase of already marked-down items in our sale section. Don’t worry—you will still earn rewards on all purchases, even those made during a sale.
